Shipping Info

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are guaranteed to ship out within 48 hours. Most packages will ship out within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/.

Your order may be split and shipped from multiple warehouse locations. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be made.

Souls by LT reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, etc.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
